Prof. Shilu Dai

South China University of Technology, China

Profile: Dai Shilu, Professor, School of Automation Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology. In July, 2010, he obtained a doctorate in control theory and control engineering. In September 2017, he was hired as a professor at South China University of Technology. From November 2007 to November 2009, he was funded by the National Scholarship Fund Committee and studied in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering of the National University of Singapore as a joint training. From October 2015 to October 2016, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of Electronic Engineering of the University of Notre Dame, funded by the National Scholarship Committee.

Prof. Mingxin Huang

Profile: Huang Mingxin, a young scientist, works in the University of Hong Kong. Lingshui, Hainan, graduated from Hainan Middle School, and obtained bachelor's and master's degrees from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2002 and 2004. Researcher. Taobo Cheng

Profile: Cheng Taobo, Ph.D., researcher. In 1988, he received a master's degree in industrial automation from Wuhan Institute of Iron and Steel, and a doctorate in welding from the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of South China University of Technology in 1998. He is currently the director of Guangdong Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing, the main academic leader, the director of Guangdong Key Laboratory of Modern Control Technology and Guangdong Public Laboratory of Modern Control and Optoelectronic Technology, an off-campus tutor for master students, an off-campus tutor for doctoral students and a postdoctoral cooperative tutor.

In recent years, he has presided over a plethora of research projects spanning national, provincial, municipal, and district levels, displaying his proficiency and dedication to scientific exploration. As the primary investigator, he has achieved remarkable success, securing three internationally recognized scientific and technological advancements, along with two domestically preeminent achievements. His academic prowess is further exemplified by his extensive publication record, having authored over 60 papers that have contributed significantly to the advancement of his field.

Moreover, he has applied for a total of 55 patents, including two PCT patents, two American patents, and 27 invention patents. Profile: Yu Chen, doctor, researcher. In 2001, he received a master's degree in control theory and application from South China University of Technology and a doctor's degree in mechanical and electronic engineering from Guangdong University of Technology in 2009. He is currently the deputy director of the Engineering Technology Research and Development Center of Guangdong Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing, and an off-campus tutor for master students.

His research interests are intelligent manufacturing system, integrated automation of production process, automation equipment and information processing technology. He presided over the completion of more than ten national, provincial and municipal key scientific and technological projects, won a third prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award for related achievements, and won dozens of invention patents, utility models, software copyrights and product registration certificates. Publishing automation has compiled one book, and more than ten papers have been published in core journals. Prof. Jixiang Gao

Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, China
